This was taken on 11th April, 2010, at 12:05 PM, standing near the Merlion, at Marina Bay, Singapore River.
The tall building seen in this picture is on the other side of Singapore River, that is the 55-storeyed Marina Bay Sands resort hotel complex opened in June 2010. It houses several other entities like shopping centers, museums / exhibits, convention centers, restaurants, the famous Infinity pool at the roof-top, etc. At that time in April 2010, it was still under construction. In this picture, the Merlion appears as if it is giving a water-wash to Marina Bay Sands!
